THE DEVELOPER OF RidgePort, now called Elion Logistics Park 55, has asked for a 12-year extension to the tax increment financing agreement, and Wilmington Mayor Roy Strong is asking the council, affected taxing bodies and residents for input. The developer, Elion Partners, is currently offering this 800,000 square foot spec building. The extension would apply on new construction projects.
