  • Courtesy Photo ACADEMIC ALL STATE – Coal City baseball players Blake Harseim, Beau Wills and Keegan Gagliardo have earned IHSBCA Academic All State honors after a tremendous job on the field as well as in the classroom. Wills posted a 4.4 GPA, Harseim 3.6 GPA and Gagliardo a 3.6 GPA while all three were named to the I-8 All Conference team. To earn All Academic All State, a student athlete must be of junior or senior standing, be chosen as an Interstate Eight All Conference player while maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better.
