The Wilmington boys basketball team topped Reed-Custer on Friday, 64-54, thanks to a 24-point performance by Trey Shaw.
Reed-Custer started with a 9-0 run in the first before Shaw swiped it and took it all the way back to cut it to a seven point lead.
The ‘Cats put up five more unanswered shots and started the quarter with the momentum and added more as Tysen Meents connected from long-range to give them the lead.
Wilmington added four more points including another coast-to-coast from Shaw to make it a five-point game.
