Anne Flanagan

COLORADO—Anne (Borschnack) Flanagan, 83, of Pine, CO passed away recently. She was born in 1934 to Fred and Teresa Borschnack.
Anne graduated from Wilmington High School and then went on to attend and graduate from St. Mary’s School of Nursing in Kankakee. Anne was a nurse in Kankakee and Denver. She married John Shea and moved to Crete, IL. During their time there they had a baby girl, Micaela, who only lived four days. Twin boys were adopted. The family moved to Colorado where the couple divorced. Anne then met and married the love of her life, Bill Flanagan in 1978. She was a member of Our Lady of Pines Catholic Church in Conifer, CO.
Surviving are her husband, Bill; children: Patty, Penny (Dan) and Jeff; grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a sister, Marie (Louis) Rodawold, of Wilmington, as well as numbers nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Brothers, Joe (Opal) Borschnack and James (Louise) Borschnack and children: Micaela, Tim and Tom Shea.
Services were held in Colorado with family present.
