WILMINGTON—Jessie M. Bailey (nee Mansfield), 72, of Wilmington, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at Symphony of Joliet.
She was born Sept. 9, 1946 in Custer Park to William and Eva (nee Eaton) Mansfield. Jessie was a certified nursing aid and a homemaker. She married Larry D. Bailey Sr. on June 10, 1967 in Wilmington. 
Surviving are two sons, Larry (Julie) Bailey, of Wilmington and Danny (Angie) Bailey, of Braidwood; grandson, Austin; one sister, Natallee Anderson; two brothers, Clarence (Gene) Mansfield and William (Bill) Mansfield and many nieces and nephews. 
Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, Larry Bailey Sr. and three sisters: Rogene Countryman, Nancy Brown and Audrey Neely. 
Cremation rites have been accorded. Private inurnment will be in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood.
