Robertann L. Morrison

MINOOKA—Robertann L. Morrison, "Bobbie," 83, of Minooka and formerly of Flemington and Hopewell, NJ, passed away Thursday, Feb. 1, 2018 at Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet.
Born May 8, 1934 in Trenton, NJ, Bobbie was a daughter of Charles and Judy Binder. She was raised and educated in Flemington, NJ and graduated from Flemington High School with the class of 1952. Bobbie spent her life's work as a caregiver for many years at the Skillman Psychiatric Hospital in Skillman, NJ and later for Grundy County until retirement. In her free time she enjoyed tending to her garden and feeding the birds and squirrels. Her greatest joy came when taking care of others.
Survivors include her brothers: Gary (Suzy) Binder, of Greenville, SC and Lou (Suzy Walker) Binder, of Morris; aunts: Sarah Henry, of Largo, FL and Bea Brown, of Bordentown, NJ; beloved friend, Arthur "Buck" Byerley, of Minooka and her special cat, Stumpy.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Bill Morrison.
Per Bobbie's wishes cremation rites have been accorded.
