Deadlines: Sports items must be submitted by noon Monday. You may also e-mail submissions to sports@fpnusa.com.

Sports forms for most sports may be obtain at The Free Press Newspapers, 111 S. Water St., Wilmington or 271 S. Broadway, Coal City.

Photo release information: We will not accept any digitally altered images (heavily modified images, text, etc.).
