Welcome Home, Comets!

The RCHS senior class of 2019 took charge at this year's Homecoming 2018.

The Comets took to the streets during this year’s Homecoming parade through Braidwood. Once again, the annual parade kicked off on School Street in front of RCES, winding its way down Main Street and to the high school campus.

Students from all three Reed-Custer schools were let out of class early on Friday, Sept. 14 to watch the Comets march through town.

The temperatures felt more like July than mid-September, with students braving the 90 degree heat to show off a little Comet pride.

The Reed-Custer 2018 Homecoming King is Riley Johnson and Queen is Gianna Pinto. A look at Friday night’s big game can be found in this week's edition on 6. More pictures from the parade and game can be found on pages 1 and 3.
