BRAIDWOOD— Joseph A. Faletti, Sr., 91, lifelong resident of Braidwood, passed away peacefully at his home, Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2022 with family by his side. Born Aug. 8, 1930 in Braidwood to the late Joseph M. and Rose M. (nee Bertino) Faletti. He graduated from Reed-Custer High School with the class of 1948. He retired from Caterpillar Tractor Manufacturing after thirty-five and half years of employment. Member of the Immaculate Conception Church and served sixty-seven years with the Knights of Columbus Braidwood Council #1574.

Loving father of Tammy (Donald) Dotson, the late Angela McAllister, Nickey D. (Dianne) Cravens, and Tyler Cravens. Cherished grandfather of Brianna Boxx, Tristen Boxx, Nickey Cravens III, Natalie McAllister, and Brandon Cravens. Great grandfather of Jaxon McBride. Dear brother of Tommy Cravens and Pamela Cravens.

COAL CITY— Joseph John Chalupa, 62, of Coal City, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, Jan. 2, 2022 at Morris Hospital in Morris. Born Jan. 21, 1959 in Berwyn, IL to the late Joseph and Lillian (nee Lysaka) Chalupa. Joseph graduated from Hinsdale South High School. He formerly drove a school bus for special needs children for the Willow Springs school district. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church in Braidwood and was also active with the Moravsky Den in Lemont, IL where he showed off traditional Czech dancing and singing.

William E. Bailey Jr.

WILMINGTON— William Ernest Bailey Jr., 67, of Wilmington, passed away at home on Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2021.
Bill was born in Champaign, IL the son of William “Ernie” Bailey Sr. and Gloria Wright on Aug. 29, 1955, he was raised in Joliet. He served on the Wilmington ESDA for 10 years, running the K9 and drone teams. Bill was a school crossing guard and he also worked for the Wilmington Post Office and The Free Press Newspapers. He served in the United States Navy and retired from IBEW Local #701.

GARDNER— Ronald Mitchell Love, Sr., 82, of Gardner, passed away peacefully with his family by his side, Thursday, Dec. 30, 2021 at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee, IL. Born Oct. 24, 1939 in Chebanse, IL to the late John Emile Love, Sr. and Evelyn Smith. Ron married Yvonne Marie Collette on July 21, 1956. He loved gardening, collecting coins, John Deere tractors, and anything John Deere. Ronald especially enjoyed spending time with his family.

Bradenton, FL— Ina Mae Cadle (nee Hays), 77, of Bradenton, FL, formerly of Wilmington, passed away Friday, Dec. 24, 2021. Born Aug. 27, 1944 in Ashkum, IL, to Ward and Freeda Cadle.
Ina Mae was a resident of Bradenton for 12 years. She was a LPN and member of Bayshore Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include her mother Freeda Cadle; brothers, David and Bruce Cadle; sister, Linda Cadle; daughter, Sarah James; several grandchildren and great grandchildren also friend Ken Leach.
