TULLAHOMA, TN— Roger Allen Strohm, 82, of Tullahoma went to be with his heavenly father Wednesday, Feb.16, 2022.
He was born March 24, 1939 in Rockville, IL to the late Charles and Edna (Charland) Strohm.
He was a fan of the Chicago Blackhawks and NASCAR's Dale Earnhardt. Roger also enjoyed bowling and going on vacation.

GARDNER— Amanda Kay Corsini, (nee Dinger), 61, of Gardner, passed away Monday, Feb. 14, 2022 at her home. Born March 3, 1960 to Carl E., Sr. and Emilie Ann (nee Deno) Dinger. Amanda loved hummingbirds, listening to music, and knitting. Her unique spirit will always be remembered, she was truly one of a kind that will be greatly missed.
Surviving are one daughter, Catherine Corsini; one son, Sky Corsini; one grand-daughter Arianna Nicole Faith Mitchell; one grandson soon to arrive in May, Vega Dorian Franco-Corsini; and one sister, Robin (Tom) Barren.

ONTONAGON, MI— Edward J. Reilly, 81 of Ontonagon, MI and formerly of Chicago, passed away peacefully on Friday, Feb. 4, 2022 at Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield, WI.
Born Sept. 29, 1940 in Chicago, Ed was raised in Chicago and graduated from Harper High School.
One who truly enjoyed his retirement, Ed took pleasure in simply spending time with his wife, family and animals. He loved fishing and the outdoors, and could often be found visiting his favorite coffee spot in Michigan every morning.

VERONA— Sharon Knop, 79, of Verona, IL, died Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2022 at Lightways Hospice Home in Joliet.
Born Jan. 4, 1943 in Joliet, Sharon Lee was a daughter of Walter and Eloise (Clark) Jones. She was raised in Wilmington and graduated from Wilmington High School. She continued on at Joliet Junior College and later went to work for R.R. Donnelley in Dwight, from where she retired following more than 20 years of service.

LOCKPORT— Linda Lou Yates, 75, of Lockport, died peacefully Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2022, at AMITA Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet.
Born March 23, 1946, in Beckley, WV, Linda was a daughter of Lawrence and Amelia (Dudanas) Milam. She was raised and educated in Chicago; graduated from Tuley High School, and went on to marry Robert Yates.

WILMINGTON— Marilyn Kay Tucker, (nee Niehls), 82, of Wilmington, died peacefully on Thursday, Feb. 10, 2022 at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee.
Born Nov. 12, 1939 in Cowden, IL, Marilyn Kay was a daughter of Walter and Clarissa (nee Nichols) Niehls. She was raised and educated in Wilmington and graduated from Wilmington High School. She went on to attend Beauty School, and later in life was proud to have completed EMT training in the State of Florida.

BRACEVILLE— Shirley Mae Fredericks (nee Hainline), 78, of Braceville, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2022 surrounded by her family at Morris Hospital in Morris. Born Oct. 2, 1943 in Joliet, the daughter of Robert and Mary Ann (nee Rapcan) Hainline. Shirley retired from Johns Manville, Inc. in Rockdale after several years employment. She married Ernest Ronald “Ron” Fredericks on May 21, 1962 in Joliet and together they created their family legacy. Spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren was her pride and joy.

BRACEVILLE— Ernest “Ron” Fredericks, 81, of Braceville, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2022 at his home, eight days after the passing of wife, Shirley. Born Jan. 19, 1941 in Joliet, the son of Ernest August and Bertha Emily (nee Dumke) Fredericks. Ron retired from Johns Manville, Inc. in Rockdale after several years of employment. He formerly volunteered for the Plainfield ESDA and the Braceville Fire Protection District as a safety officer. He was a devoted family man that was proud of each of his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Ronnie Wren

COAL CITY—Ronnie Wren, 72, of Coal City, died Monday, Feb. 14, 2022 at Morris Hospital.
Born March 17, 1949 in Morris, Ronald LaVerne was the son of Fern (nee Gordon) and Francis Wren Sr. He was raised in Morris and Coal City, and began working at the age of 18 for Broadway Ford in Coal City. Ronnie then enlisted in the United States Army and served for two years until his honorable discharge from service. On Aug. 11, 1978, he married Dena Marie Pacchetti in Morris, and together they made their home in Coal City.

COAL CITY—Patricia Pierard, 84, of Coal City, passed away Monday, Feb. 14, 2022 at Morris Hospital.
Born Nov. 2, 1937 in West Frankfort, IL, Patricia Ann was the daughter of Raymond and Elizabeth (Argyle) Jones. She was raised and educated in Coal City and graduated from Coal City High School. On Dec. 29, 1957 Patricia married Gerald Pierard at Assumption Catholic Church in Coal City, and together they made their home and raised their family in Coal City.
